Life, Love and Death in Bunker 101.
Bunker 101 – The Fallout is a high-budget live-action roleplaying game for 100 players in the Southern Way/New Italian Larp style, set inside a real fallout shelter.
During the three-day event, players will wear the shoes of the workers, technicians, administrators, politicians, explorers, scientists (and many more) living inside Bunker 101.
A fully immersive game where every character can make a difference.
ALL INCLUSIVE – Includes roundtrip bus from Rome.
SUPPORTER – support the larp and help us to provide more Working Class tickets (Includes roundtrip bus from Rome).
WORKING CLASS – Help us with setting up and retidying the location (you need to get to the location at least one day before the game begins, and stay after it ends).
ROTOURNING CITIZEN – If you have already participated in a previous Run of Bunker 101.
JUNIOR CITIZEN – Minors must be accompained by an adult.
You can pay all at once, or you can pay in two installment, to make it easier to spread out the expenditure. Buying the 1st lump secures you a place at the larp. If you have chosen the ticket in two installments, the second installment should be paid by february 15th
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
If you sign up for the larp, you accept our photo & video policy. It’s quite simple, actually. We have photographers and sometimes a video crew at the events. That means that you may appear in pictures or video. We’ll be respectful about it, of course, but mention it here so there’s no misunderstandings later. If there are scenes with questionable content (stuff that might be problematic if taken out of context), we will get permission from the participants involved before releasing it, but if it’s just pics/videos of people in nice costumes, we won’t ask first.
Places are limited and registration will become effective only after payment. Tickets are personal. If you end up not being able to go to the larp, we will do our best to get a replacement player, and if we do (it’s usually quite easy up until a few months before the larp), you’ll get the full amount back – minus €90 in cancellation fees. You can also find a replacement yourself – that makes it easier to guarantee a refund! If there is no replacement player, there is no refund, since we will have the costs anyway. And if you cancel close to a larp (after july, 15h), you will not be entitled to any refund.
AFTER YOU SIGN UP
When you sign up, nothing as such happens. You don’t get any introduction mail, or such. When we have a full cast we’ll start the casting process, and you will receive all the game information. If you have questions you would like answered before that, you’re more than welcome to contacts us!
In order to participate, you must join Chaos League aps and have the Opes card, so you will also receive an insurance covering any damage or injury. It is possible to do it directly on site (total cost 10€). It is valid until September 2019 for all the events of the Chaos League.
By purchasing the ticket you accept all the above conditions.
